This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $14 million. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. This in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). All work shall comply with current International Building Codes and attached Statement Of Work.
