Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work consists of removing old ductwork and installing new outside insulated ductwork on the second floor, connecting between the air handling units and the supply registers, and repairing ceilings and walls with sheetrock and painting repairs. It also includes upgrading the current control system, replacing two existing air handling units with new units, assessing ductwork, and replacing existing VAV boxes located on the fifth floor at the Admin I facility located at 200 East Main Street, Durham, NC 27701. Proposals are to be submitted by qualified contractors. The County reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any proposals as judged to be in the best interest of the County.
