Site Location A: West Point on the Eno Playground - 5243 N Roxboro Street, Durham, NC 27712 Site Location B: West Point on the Eno Main Park - 5101 N Roxboro Street, Durham, NC 27704 The first site is the West Point on the Eno Playground and is located north of the Eno River. This project site includes the construction of an approximately 5,000 sf playground, including play equipment, play surfacing, paving, site furnishings, landscape, and grading. The second site is the renovation of the historic West Point on the Eno Main Park and is located south of the Eno River. The primary purpose of this project is to improve vehicular circulation and provide ADA accessible pathways throughout the park. This scope of this is approximately 7.5 acres in size and shall consist of the demolition and disposal of existing pavements and gravel drives, as well as the selective demolition of trees and plant material. The construction of this park includes trails, sidewalks, accessible pathways, parking lots, landscaping, grading, and utilities. This project will also include ancillary components such site furnishings, fencing, drainage provisions, stormwater management devices, and one segmental block wall.
