Provide professional construction services to replace boilers at the Durham VA Health Care System under Project Number 558-22-152. Work includes construction activities in and around Building 7 (Boiler Plant), Building 9 (Chiller Plant), Building 24 (Temporary Boiler Plant), and associated east and west parking lot and access areas. The project will be executed within an occupied healthcare facility operating 24 hours a day, requiring phased construction to minimize disruption to medical center operations, deliveries, and employee access. Services shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications and include all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, and safety measures necessary to complete the boiler replacement and associated work while maintaining continuous facility operations.
