Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The work shall be performed in accordance with the instructions and shall include, but not be limited to, replacing exterior windows, siding, and the HVAC system at the Don Persson Renton Senior Activity Center.
