Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a parking garage; warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Plans call for the demolition of the existing rental ready return parking facility and the existing U.S. Customs & Border Patrol, Delta Cargo, and Tex Sutton Facilities. Plans also call for the construction of an apron expansion, a new concourse with eight gates, and the renovation of decommissioned gate holdrooms. As of February 17, 2026, a program manager has been selected and is awaiting conceptual planning. A design firm is expected to be selected and engaged in the fourth quarter of 2026. The project is expected to bid to contractors in the second quarter of 2027.
