The Town of Grafton is soliciting sealed bids for the preparation of a land use feasibility study for two undeveloped parcels commonly known as “Fisherville Mill,” located at 60 and 63 Main Street, South Grafton. The study will focus on understanding the constraints and opportunities of the 19.38-acre property, evaluating its potential to support various forms of development, and providing guidance in identifying a suitable development partner. Submissions must follow all parameters outlined in the RFP Documents. The Select Board reserves the right to reject any bids in whole or in part, and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
