Renovation of a municipal facility in Lacombe, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Lacombe invites qualified and experienced Proponents to submit proposals for asbestos and hazardous materials abatement services at the Public Works Shop located at 5444-56 Avenue, Lacombe, Alberta. This project includes the removal, handling, transportation, and disposal of confirmed asbestoscontaining materials (ACM) and other hazardous materials from the North Half Building, South Half Building, Demising Wall, and the South Shop West Office Roof. The project also includes removal of fluorescent lamps, ballasts, and mercury-containing thermostats. LED fixtures are to be removed and stockpiled on site for City disposal.
