Quotations are invited for the supply of culverts and couplers meeting the specifications and quantities listed in the Unit Price Schedule A. Quote prices must be F.O.B. to Lacombe County Public Works Shop at SW 28-40-27 W4M, Lacombe, AB. Nested loads will be accepted. Suppliers must contact the designated Public Works Shop representative in advance to arrange for delivery. Lacombe County reserves the right to inspect and accept or reject the material at their discretion. The County may also accept or reject any or all quotations and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. Bidders, by submitting a bid, waive any right to contest the County's right to award the contract in any forum. The County may consider factors other than price and capability, as it deems relevant when making its decision. The successful bidder must meet all outlined conditions.
