Initial installation at a Customer site includes installation of the mobile application (one mobile application per Equipment Manufacturer) for controlling the Equipment, configuration of the Equipment connected to the mobile application, and training of Customers in the use of the mobile application. o Customer request management services (scheduling appointments and coordinating installation with Customers); o Repair services (service calls); o Logistics services for receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and returns management at Drop-off Points.
