OYA is seeking quotes to replace four (4) HVAC units at the MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility located at 2630 North Pacific Highway, Woodburn, Oregon 97071. The required work includes: - For the Valley Gym: Provide and install one (1) same or equal to Daikin DSC2403D000001S package gas AC unit, 20-ton with metal duct to low wall return and heavy-duty wall grill. Install fabric duct, routed high, for supply, with controls connected to existing Direct Digital Connections (DDC) Andover. - For the Visitation Center: Provide and install one (1) same or equal to Daikin DSC1803D000001S package gas AC unit, 15-ton with metal duct to low wall return and heavy-duty wall grill. Install fabric duct, routed high, for supply, with controls connected to existing DDC-Andover. - For the Courtyard Gym: Provide and install two (2) same or equal to Blueridge BMY48U18FCC ductless AC, wall mount 4-ton units with ductless AC outdoor unit piping (refrigerant, condensate) and stand-alone controls. Items excluded from the project scope are electrical connections, demolition of existing HVAC units, concrete equipment pads, Ethernet to new HVAC units for DDC connections, natural gas piping, cages for HVAC units, and cutting and framing new duct penetrations. Services will take place inside a youth correctional facility with strict tool control and security protocols. Compliance with prevailing wage rates as specified by ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 is required. Bidders must submit an all-inclusive flat fee quote for all services, labor, and materials, with no separate payments for travel or materials. Quotes must indicate that prevailing wage rates apply and be sent via e-mail to the RFQ contact person using the bidder's own quote form, optionally with up to five pages of additional documentation. The contract will be awarded based on OYA's determination of best value. OYA may negotiate scope or terms and retains discretion over award decisions.
