Renovation of an educational facility in Spring Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Paint baby blue metal trim throughout the campus. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the District and included in the bid documents. Each bid must strictly conform with and be responsive to this Notice Inviting Bids, the Instructions for Bidders, and other Contract Documents. Bid security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount is required. The class of California contractor's license required to bid is C-33. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required; bidders who do not attend will be disqualified. The successful bidder will be required to provide both a performance bond and a separate payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Prevailing wage must be paid. Bidders shall include the name, location, and contractor license number of each subcontractor. DVBE participation or Good Faith Efforts paperwork is required at the time of bid. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with the Department of Industrial Relations regulations and be registered accordingly. QA date - 03/02/2026
