The Otay Water District is requesting competitive quotes from qualified and licensed contractors to provide On-Call Supplemental Water/Sewer/Recycled/General Infrastructure Maintenance and Repair Services. The general work consists of providing on-call supplemental maintenance and repair services to support the District’s pipeline repair, maintenance, and emergency work. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: pipeline, valve, vault, and air-vac relocations; leak repairs; valve installations; storm drain relocations; and concrete and asphalt demolition/repairs, along with other work in accordance with the Bid Documents. Bidders must possess a valid CSLB Class A - General Engineering contractor’s license. The contract term is for one year, with four one-year optional renewal terms. The annual contract amount shall not exceed $1,000,000. Required forms include Bid Bond, List of Subcontractors, List of References, Contractor License Affidavit, Company Background Questionnaire, Company Safety Questionnaire, and Non-Collusion Affidavit.
