The Project generally consists of CONSTRUCTION OF AN AERATION SYSTEM, INCLUDING AIR COMPRESSORS, DIFFUSER LINES, BUOYANCE LINES WITH A BALLAST SYSTEM, AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS AT SWEETWATER RESERVOIR. Work on the Project shall be completed within two hundred seventy (270) calendar days. The Authority does not assume any liability or responsibility based on any defective or incomplete copying, excerpting, scanning, faxing, downloading or printing of the Contract Documents. Information on PlanetBids may change without notice to prospective Bidders. The Contract Documents shall supersede any information posted or transmitted by PlanetBids. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the Authority with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful Bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful Bid, prior to execution of the Contract.
