The project consists of: Site improvement project including hard court and exercise equipment replacement, storm drain upgrades, path of travel and site accessibility upgrades, and locker room modifications in building 500. Lusardi will place a DVBE advertisement. All DVBE paperwork must be completed and submitted at bid time This is a Prevailing Wage and Skilled and Trained Workforce project. This is NOT a PLA/PSA project. Project is anticipated to start on 6/18/25. Construction duration is approximately 4 months. If you are not already Prequalified with Lusardi, submit your Prequalification 5 business days before bid opening. Provide Lusardi contact info if applicable. Contractors utilizing an A or B license are required to be District Prequalified. Also, all Kitchen Equipment, Fire Sprinkler, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheetmetal contractors and all their tiers, are required to be District Prequalified. If you fall into these categories, and you are not yet District Prequalified, you will need to submit your pre-qualification application at least 10 business days prior to bid opening and be prequalified at least 5 business days prior to the bid opening.
