Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage.
Sealed bids are requested from experienced and eligible contractors for the Sibley Garage project. Bidders are required to include a bid deposit equal to 5% of the total bid, in the form of a certified check or bid bond. The project is subject to Federal Wage rates, with the wage determination included in the bid documents. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on site. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date for the opening thereof.
