The scope of services includes: 1. Project Management to ensure efficient and efficient completion of the project. 2. Condition assessment of B- and C-Side secondary treatment systems and sludge thickening systems, including evaluation of prior findings. 3. Development of final recommendations to be incorporated into a Preliminary Design Report, including conceptual drawings, preliminary cost estimates, and a phasing plan. The City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities (DPU), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to validate the B-Side secondary treatment basins' condition assessment recommendations and to develop recommendations for rehabilitation to the B- and C-Side secondary treatment and the and the sludge thickening systems at the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility Question Deadline 03/26/2026 at 4:00 PM PT Questions can be submitted to: Aayaat Ahmed Engineer I City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities 747 R Street Fresno, CA 93721 aayaat.ahmed@fresno.gov Pre-Bid Meeting No The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions.
