These services may require hazardous materials testing, assessment, abatement, and remediation work in compliance with local, state, and/or federal requirements. For the purposes of this RFQ, project costs are limited to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) per project; projects exceeding this amount may require a public Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
