Electronic bids are invited for the Livestock Plaza/Sheep Barn - Door Additions at the South Dakota State Fair in Huron. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the provided website. Copies of the plans and specifications are available from designArc Group LLC, and are to be used solely for submitting a bid. Each bid over $100,000 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or draft for 5% of the base bid and all add alternates, or a 10% bid bond uploaded with the electronic bid, issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and payable to the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
