The scope for Additive Bid No. 1 consists of additional RCPs, ditch regrading, and safety end treatments at the proposed berm location. The scope for Additive Bid No. 2 consists of additional ditch regrading and concrete riprap at the outfall. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools and equipment, ensure all work and materials meet or exceed the quality of existing materials, and be responsible for removal and disposal of demolished materials and debris. The contractor must avoid unnecessary noise, clatter, or obstructions and not interfere with access to buildings and adjacent facilities. All work must be completed within 154 calendar days after the notice to proceed, or liquidated damages of $500 per day will apply for delays.
