RAWS seeks qualified firms to provide the planning, design, permitting and construction of an Overhead Water Storage Facility to supplement the existing water storage supply. The scope of work includes: - Planning for the development of an overhead water storage facility in sufficient quality and quantity to meet RAWS goals. - Designing an overhead water storage facility to store potable water of sufficient quality and quantity to meet RAWS goals. - Permitting the construction of an overhead water storage facility to store water of sufficient quality and quantity to meet RAWS goals. - Constructing an overhead water storage facility to store potable water of sufficient quality and quantity to meet RAWS goals. Instructions to bidders include submitting the RFP Package electronically with all required documents and any supplemental information, clearly marked in the Subject line as OVERHEAD WATER STORAGE FACILITY. Each package must also include the respondent’s company name and mailing address on the email. Proposals must be organized as follows: RFP Cover Page, Cover Letter, Qualifications and Experience, Proposed Strategy and Technical Approach, and Administrative Information. All documentation must follow the specified order and format; no exceptions are allowed. Required forms and affidavits must be completed and attached. All RFP Packages must be received by the specified deadline to be considered responsive. RAWS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor formalities, or negotiate with the firm whose proposal best serves its interests. Evaluation is based on general qualifications, experience, compliance, proposed strategy, technical approach, and administrative information.
