Casa Blanca Subdivision Drainage Improvements (TWDB FIF #40052), for the Nueces County Drainage District No. 2, is a drainage and heavy construction project located in Nueces County, TX. Project consists of: Install a reinforced concrete box drainage system including the improvements and regrading of an existing open stormwater ditch conveyance system The undersigned hereby declares that he has visited the site and has carefully examined the documents, specifications and contract documents relating to the work covered by his bid or bids, that he agrees to do the work, and that no representations made by the NUECES COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 2 are in any sense a warranty but are mere estimates for the guidance of the Contractor. Upon notification of award of contract, we will within ten (10) calendar days execute the formal contract for the faithful performance of this contract and a Performance and/or Payment Bond (if required by the NUECES COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 2) to insure payment for all labor and materials. Number of Signed Sets of Documents: The contract and all bonds (if required) will be prepared in not less than four counterpart (original signed) sets. Time of Completion: The undersigned agrees to complete the work within 120 calendar days from the date designated by a Work Order. The undersigned further declares that he will provide all necessary tools and apparatus, do all the work and furnish all materials and do everything required to carry out the above mentioned work covered by this proposal, in strict accordance with the contract documents and the requirements pertaining thereto, for the sum or sums above set forth.
