The City of Eagle Pass (the "City") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified engineering firms (the "Firm(s)") to provide professional engineering services on an as-needed basis. The City has periodic and ongoing needs for professional engineering services to support a variety of municipal projects, including but not limited to the planning, design, construction, maintenance, improvement, and expansion of City facilities and infrastructure. Services may be required for individual projects or task assignments as they arise throughout the term of any resulting agreement(s). The purpose of this RFQ is to identify and pre-qualify firms with the expertise, capacity, and experience necessary to perform these services in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and City requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
