The City is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced and qualified engineering firms or consulting teams to provide professional planning, feasibility, and preliminary engineering services for proposed roadway extensions within the City. The work involves evaluating potential roadway connectivity improvements to enhance transportation access, improve traffic circulation, and support economic development and infrastructure planning. Services include the evaluation and planning of two proposed roadway extensions, conducting a comprehensive planning and feasibility study, evaluating site conditions, developing conceptual roadway alignments, assessing feasibility, preparing preliminary engineering layouts, and developing planning-level cost estimates. The selected Consultant must have experience in transportation planning, roadway design, feasibility analysis, and infrastructure planning, with the technical capacity and familiarity with regulatory and permitting requirements necessary for progressing these projects from conceptual planning to construction-ready documentation. Interested firms are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications in accordance with solicitation requirements.
