Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eagle Pass, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of the construction of approximately 1.7 miles of roadway infrastructure extending Patsy Winn Boulevard and terminating at the City of Eagle Pass Sports Complex. The project includes the construction of two 16-foot travel lanes, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, and a four-foot sidewalk along the west side of the roadway, together with all associated grading, utilities, and roadway improvements as detailed in the project plans and specifications. Proposals must be submitted in written form and must include one original, three copies, and one USB drive containing an electronic version. Submissions must be in a sealed form and clearly labeled to ensure proper identification. Proposals submitted electronically, by e-mail, or by fax will not be accepted. Any requests for clarification or information must be submitted by the specified deadline. Failure to follow submission requirements may result in the proposal being considered non-responsive and rejected at the City's discretion. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all addenda issued prior to submitting a proposal. The City of Eagle Pass will evaluate proposals using the Competitive Sealed Proposal method and reserves the right to request best and final offers and negotiate with the highest-ranked proposer prior to contract award.
