Description

Renovation of an educational facility in San Bruno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

South San Francisco Unified School District is seeking proposals from pre-qualified entities to provide pre-construction services including constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, logistics planning, site investigations, and construction services for the modernization of Monte Verde Elementary School under the Measure T Bond Program, using the lease-leaseback structure under Education Code section 17406, et seq. Only entities approved by the Board of Trustees as part of the lease-leaseback contractor pool for RFQ #25-001 may submit proposals. Respondents must be prequalified through PQ Bids before submitting their proposals. All first tier electrical, mechanical, and plumbing subcontractors must also be prequalified before submitting bids. Proposals received from unapproved or non-prequalified entities will not be opened. The project is subject to labor compliance monitoring, prevailing wage, and skilled and trained workforce requirements. Complete proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline in accordance with provided instructions.
