Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in San Bruno, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes, but is not limited to: rehabilitation of the Lake and Sneath Potable Water Pump Stations. Work includes, but is not limited to the mechanical piping, new HVAC new electrical and instrumentation, existing electrical/instrumentation improvements, building refurbishment and improvements to meet current codes, civil site improvements and new generators. There is a building addition at the Lake Pump Station. A temporary bypass pumping system is necessary CONTRACT TIME: All work under this contract shall be completed within 300 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed effective date. The City shall assess liquidated damages in the amount of $500 per Working Days for delays in completion of the project, as provided in the Contract Documents. REQUIRED CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE(S): A California Class "A" contractor's license is required to bid on this contract.
