Site work for a water / sewer project in Briar Creek Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Perform the following work: approximately 530 tons of 2A Subbase, approximately 840 linear feet of reshaping ditches, approximately 345 tons of R-3 Rock, 4 inlet boxes, approximately 300 linear feet of 18" pipe, approximately 815 linear feet of underdrain, approximately 400 square feet of French Mattress, approximately 80 tons of R-7 Rock, approximately 50 pounds of seed and mulch, 8 headwalls, and approximately 21 tons of pavement repair. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing wages are applicable to this project. A mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will begin at Yost Hollow Road/ Croop Road intersection location.
