Site work and paving for a civil project in Briar Creek Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Yost Hollow Road Project: Perform the following work: approx. 712 CY excavation, approx. 2000 SY geotextile, approx. 400 ton common borrow, set approx. 65 concrete blocks, furnish and place approx. 390 SY of geocell grid, approx. 350 ton of 2A, approx. 240 LF of underdrain, approx. 700 ton of R-7 Rock, and approx. 58 ton of 19mm Asphalt Binder, Fine Grade. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
