As of May 9, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 13, 2024. Paving Contract: Contractor is to required to FDR approx. 5,000 SY, furnish and place approx. 900 ton of 19mm Asphalt Binder- Fine Graded, and approx. 250 ton of 2A Aggregate. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
