Separate sealed bids are requested for each listed Material Bid Item to be furnished for City street maintenance operations. The materials and quantities required are: 350 tons of emulsified asphalt; 5,000 tons of Grade B hot mix asphalt; 3,500 tons of 3/8-inch seal coat aggregate; 3,000 tons of 3/8-inch Driveway Grade hot mix asphalt; 1,500 tons of drain aggregate (sump rock); and 5,000 tons of -inch winter traction aggregate. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided, addressed to the City of Missoula Streets Operations & Maintenance, enclosed in separate sealed envelopes with separate bid security for each item. Each envelope must be plainly marked on the outside with the corresponding project number and material description for which the bid is submitted. The City of Missoula reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all bids, and if all bids are rejected, to re-advertise under the same or new specifications, or to make such an award as in the judgment of its officials best meets the City's requirements.
