Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.

Scope related to appliances, landscape, site amenities, sitework, paving, curb, gutter, etc. to be provided for a new construction development of two multi-story multi-family residential buildings located at 654 and 706 N. 7th Ave. in Bozeman, MT. Physical sealed bids for construction are required. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry prior to execution of the construction agreement. All laborers and mechanics must be paid wages as required by the laws of Gallatin County and the state of Montana. The City of Bozeman is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability in the performance of any agreement or subcontracts. Entities submitting bids must affirm in writing their adherence to non-discrimination and equal pay requirements. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid. Successful bidders must furnish performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount, and provide required insurance. No bids may be withdrawn after public opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, postpone award, and accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the City's best interest. Contractors are required to be equal opportunity employers.
