**As of April 28th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Wiliams Plumbing & HTG, Inc. for $248,275.** Gallatin County is inviting competitive sealed bids from vendors to provide work, services, and/or goods for the Rest Home Air Conditioning Installation, in accordance with the specifications detailed in Exhibit A. Any questions related to this Request for Competitive Sealed Bids "CSB" must be provided in writing by 12:00 PM (noon) on April 3, 2026. Responses to these questions will be issued to all those requesting the bidding documents. Questions related to this bid must be emailed to darcel.vaughn@gallatin.mt.gov Gallatin Rest Home is seeking formal bids from qualified contractors for the installation of air conditioning systems within our hallways and central dining area. As a 24-hour skilled nursing facility, the contractor must ensure minimal disruption to resident care and adhere to all healthcare safety standards including but not limited to infection control compliance, dust and debris management and noise and disruption control. Scope of Work: _ Complete installation of air conditioning units as specified in the Electrical and Mechanical Project Notes. _ Coordination with facility management to ensure compliance with healthcare ventilation codes and local building regulations. _ Provision of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for completion.
