Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and office development.

Plans call for the expansion and renovation of the baggage claim hall, renovation of the airline ticketing offices and ticketing, and the expansion of the terminal landside curbfront. As of February 19, 2026, the project has awarded a program manager and is awaiting conceptual planning. A design firm is expected to be selected around May of 2026. A contractor bidding timeline or selection method has not been disclosed. Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2029.
