Sealed bids will be received for Ultraviolet Lamp Replacement Lenses and Maintenance Parts for the Yorktown Heights Water Pollution Control Facility Disinfection System. Specifications and standard proposals for the bid may be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk or on the Town of Yorktown’s website and www.BidNetDirect.com. A completed Bid Proposal Form must be returned to the Town Clerk, and must be marked appropriately. A Non Collusive Bidding Certificate and Disclosure Statement must accompany each proposal. The Town of Yorktown reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that is deemed most favorable to the interests of the Town. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The bidder assumes responsibility for timely delivery of bids, whether by mail or personal delivery, to the specified location.
