The project is for Professional CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) Services for the Chattahoochee Library Renovations and Expansion to provide a Telehealth/Career Center. Sealed proposals are invited for the specified services. The procurement is known as RFQ 26-03, with specifications outlined therein. Proposals must be submitted to the Gadsden County Purchasing Office. Restrictions apply to any person or affiliate on the convicted respondent list for public entity crimes, who may not submit bids, be awarded, or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant for public entities as specified by Florida Statutes. The county reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, re-bid a project, accept the lowest and best bid in its judgment, and increase or decrease quantities at the unit price bid as needed.
