Renovation of a mixed-use development in Parma, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Parma School District #137 is seeking proposals for Construction Management firms to perform construction oversight as determined by the PSD for five (5) years progression of time. The scope of work will be (but is not limited) to the following project(s): o Review the architectural design of a roofing and HVAC project o Manage CM bidding, etc. & construction supervision of the project(s) o Perform CM/GC duties on any other project(s), as assigned by the PSD The above project(s) is/are to be located at the Parma School District site in Parma, Idaho o The total amount of the project(s) is/are TBD. Request for Qualification' packets will be emailed out on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
