**As of May 13th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting proposals for the construction of the Pine Grove Municipal Solid Waste Landfill, Phase 5 Cells 5A-5C. The project includes the following work: construction of approximately 195,500 cubic yards of excavation, 50,110 cubic yards of structural fill; installation of 492,400 square feet of low permeability linear base, HDPE geomembrane, and leachate collection layer material; installation of 1,998 linear feet of leachate collection pipe; 1,908 linear feet of dual-contained HDPE forcemain; construction of a leachate pump station; sediment pond cleaning; construction of 9,217 square yards of all-weather access road; and implementation of erosion and sedimentation control items. Proposals should address all aspects of the above-listed work as designed by Atlantic Coast Consulting, Inc.
