**As of April 14th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Pacheco Cement for $65,970.** The work covered includes the upgrade of the entrance ramp into the Perry Historical Society Building located at 3885 Main Street, Perry, OH. All work under this contract must be completed by the specified date. Bidders must purchase a Bidder's Package to be considered. Proposals are to be addressed and marked according to the instructions provided. Each bid must be accompanied by a bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit equal to ten percent of the amount bid, as surety of contract execution and performance. Bids may be held for up to sixty days. The Board of Perry Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, adjust bid items, and/or award to the lowest and/or best bidder. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract within ten days of award and provide satisfactory performance bond or surety if not previously supplied.
