This project consists of patching, leveling, resurfacing, and striping on various city streets, with East Days Street and others totaling approximately 3.75+- miles in length. All bids must include a bid bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid, or a cashier's or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Monthly payments to the successful bidder will be made within 30 days after receipt and approval by the Owner's Representative of a valid invoice for services rendered. The owner reserves the right to waive technicalities, reject any or all bids, and make the award in its best interest. PI.
