The work involves the 2026 Road, Curb, and Storm Structure Improvements Program. Sealed bid proposals are to be submitted electronically via the Bid Express website. Bid specifications and plans are available only through Bid Express. Each proposal must be signed with the full name and business address of each interested person or company and must be accompanied by a security bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, payable to the City of Moraine, as a guarantee that a contract will be entered into and properly secured by a satisfactory bond amounting to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price if accepted. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any proposal deemed most favorable to the City of Moraine. Paper bids will not be permitted and no pre-bid meeting will be held.
