Renovation of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 125,500-square-foot educational facility.
The work involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, including but not limited to the reroof of approximately 125,500 sq ft of existing roofing and roof joist reinforcing at Scott Middle School, 2200 Pine Lake Road, Lincoln, NE. Demolition includes removal of existing EPDM and modified bitumen roof systems, including membrane, insulation, flashing, and ballast removal. Renovation includes installation of a 60 mil fully adhered EPDM roof membrane, poly-iso insulation, EPDM and sheet metal flashings. The project also includes interior work to add steel roof joist reinforcing and associated ceiling removal, reinstallation (and repair if needed), as shown on the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents for the project. Sealed proposals will be received at the Operations Department, 800 South 24th Street, Lincoln, NE 68510, until 2:00 PM local time on the specified bid date. Bid Documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Digital downloads are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment, and printed copies upon receipt of a refundable deposit check. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, an additional non-refundable fee applies. Bid Documents must be returned in good condition within 30 calendar days from the bid date to obtain a deposit refund; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Question Deadline 03/05/2026
