Prep roof surface by pressure washing to remove all dirt and scrape any existing caulk/adhesive. Apply sealant to all fasteners and seams. Apply commercial grade 100% silicone roof coating on entire roof at the rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft. Replace all skylight panels with metal. Replace all gutters on building (approximately 170 ft.). Contractor is responsible for maintenance during and at completion. All work must be performed in accordance with commercial grade sealer according to manufacturer's specifications and supply MSDS & warranty certificates. Minimum warranty on all products must be 10 years. The borough of Ocean Gate is soliciting bids to identify individuals and/or businesses qualified to supply and re-roof The Public Works Garage . A site inspection is required before any bid will be considered for acceptance
