The project consists of the rehabilitation of a northern section of parallel Taxiway A, as well as seal coating the remainder of Taxiway A. Work includes milling, crack repair, surface treatment, asphalt overlay, crack sealing, and seal coat. Related work includes minor demolition and new pavement markings. Bids must be received sealed and are to be marked with the bidder's name, address, and labeled as "Taxiway A Rehabilitation and Seal Coat." Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. Bidding documents must be ordered and purchased directly from Quest CDN.
