Clarifications, modifications, or amendments may be made to this ITB at the discretion of the City Contractor is responsible for removing and discarding all existing ropes and wire rope lift lines. Contractor will replace with new material, and will also be responsible to upgrade all connecting hardware to modern day standards. The current systems has quick link connections that need to be upgrade to shackles. The contractor will also inspect and repair all rigging components of the entire systems. Including but not limited to pulleys, brakes, battens, etc. This project must be completed during the time frame of August 24, 2026 to September 11th, 2026. The entire project must be completed and functional by September 11, 2026.
