Reference Number 0000421746 Proposals are being solicited for the replacement of the Townsend Towers Steam (Heat) Boilers and Auxiliary Equipment. This solicitation has been revised to incorporate updated engineering designs (dated 04/13/2026). The scope includes a Base Bid for three (3) high-efficiency boilers and a Deductive Alternate for a two (2) boiler configuration Question Deadline 05/04/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, All questions must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing contact before the pre-proposal Question Deadline indicated on the front of this document. No communication is permitted between Proposers and other City Departments/Divisions or the Dearborn Housing Commission prior to the award of the proposal unless sanctioned by the Purchasing Division.
