1. Base Bid Complete removal and replacement of the existing roof system down to the structural deck. Installation of new R-30 roof insulation and 30 Year fully adhered EPDM membrane as described in this package. 2. Alternate Bid: Removal and replacement of the existing roof membrane, flashings, and sealants as well as the select repair or replacement of wet or damaged roof insulation as described in this package. Installation of a new roof recovery board and 30 Year fully adhered EPDM membrane. A mandatory Pre-bid Meeting/Job-Walk Visit will be held for Elevate Master Contractors at the time and location listed on bidnetdirect.com. Attendance is a prerequisite to the acceptance of your bid. The Contractor is required to invite the Subcontractor(s) they wish to have quote to the Pre-Bid Meeting, if applicable. The Contractor, by submitting a bid proposal, acknowledges that they and their Subcontractors are thoroughly familiar with the operations, expectations, and business practices of the Owner.
