Question Acceptance Deadline 04/28/2026 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The right to reject any and/or all bids is reserved. Any bid submitted will be binding for at least sixty (60) days subsequent to the date of the bid opening. The scope of the Contractor's work shall include: 1) Protect all finish work to remain during construction. 2) Demolition of mechanical (gas and plumbing lines, etc.), electrical items (wireway, etc.) within the area of work and as indicated on the drawings. Discard all materials off-site per local and state ordinances and codes. Cut and cap discontinued utility runs as necessary. 3) Supply and install mechanical and electrical work as shown of documents and specifications. 4) The work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents provided.
