Reference Number 0000413314 The City of Ann Arbor's Office of Sustainability and Innovations is seeking proposals for qualified firms to undertake roof repair and replacement work as part of the City's efforts to decarbonize the Bryant neighborhood. All work awarded under this RFP must be completed by August 1, 2026. It is estimated a total of 40-60 roofs will need repair or replacement during this period. As such, the City anticipates making multiple awards under this RFP. Firms interested in bidding must confirm they can perform work within the required timeframe to be eligible for consideration. Each respondent must submit in a sealed envelope o one (1) original proposal o one (1) digital copy of the proposal preferably on a USB/flash drive as one file in PDF format Each respondent should submit in a single separate sealed envelope marked Fee Proposal o two (2) copies of the fee proposal The fee proposal and all costs should be separate from the rest of the proposal.
