The project is expected to be awarded on July 2026 ** The project involves Brungard Road Upgrades - Phases 3 & 4 in Springfield Township, Ohio. Phase 3 includes the installation of 521 feet of 24-inch HDPE pipe, 188 feet of 18-inch HDPE pipe, one ODOT CB 2-2B catch basin, four ODOT 2-3 catch basins, one concrete headwall, and 31 square yards of tied concrete block mat, Type 2, for erosion control. Phase 4 includes the installation of 1,143 feet of 18-inch HDPE pipe, six ODOT CB 2-2B catch basins, and one ODOT 2-3 catch basin. Requirements for bidders include the use of domestic steel as specified by Section 153.011 of the Revised Code, completion and filing of the enclosed Proposal Guaranty and Performance/Payment Bond Form (Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code), and submission of a contract performance bond and payment bond each equal to 100% of the estimated cost of the work. Bids must be submitted with proper certification for corporations not chartered in Ohio. All bidders are required to comply with minimum wage rates as pre-determined by the Secretary of Labor, and are subject to the provisions of Executive Order 11246 as pertains to an Affirmative Action Plan and Governor Executive Order of January 27, 1972. Bidders must fill in all blanks of the proposal in ink or typewritten, submit the entire contract book intact, and comply with all contract requirements for equal employment opportunities and non-discrimination. Bids may not be withdrawn for at least sixty days after the scheduled closing time.
